Maintenance & Guarantee

Due to the fact that shock absorbers are expendable parts and that we always want to respect our guarantee period of 5 years, our shocks have to be serviced every two years or 12000 miles.
The early recognition of smaller defects can often avoid the write-off of a shock absorber.

The maintenance includes:
Disassembly of the shock / visual inspection
Cleaning and examination of all parts
Replacement of damaged / worn parts – for free!
Reassembly of the shock / refilling with the adequate working material such as oil of gas
Degassing of the shock
Concluding: Intensive test-runs

Almost every shock can be repaired or modified to your specifications

FREE suspension setup of your bike with all work undertaken  

Your shock can be:
*shortend / lengthend
Provided with
*adjustable height
*(hydraulic) preload
*adjustable high-low speed
*different springs
We can modify your shock to how you want. powder coat the spring any colour you like. Anodise the housings or rings etc. make it look the mutts nuts!!!
Every front fork can be provided with heavier springs to suit your personal taste. The adjustabillity can also be increased. Together with different oil your front forks can be altered perfectly to meet your needs.
Fully adjustable race kits can be added to give you BSB spec suspension.
